Who handles your information

StewardWorks, Inc., a company registered in the Philippines, is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. Contact hello@stewardworks.net with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

The discovery-call form asks for your name, work email, business name, and the support you need. You may also provide your website, preferred call timing, time zone, and notes. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential client records in this form.

VA applications are currently closed. When a role opens, its application may ask for contact details, location, relevant experience, and a resume or portfolio link. The opening and form will explain the information required.

Why we use your information

We use inquiry information to review your request, communicate with you, arrange a discovery call, and discuss suitable support. Information provided for an advertised VA role is used to assess suitability and manage recruitment. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Service providers and access

Netlify hosts this website and handles its form submissions. Google Workspace is used for business communication and recordkeeping. Relevant client-support or recruitment staff may access the information needed for their work. These service providers may process information outside the Philippines.

We may share information when necessary to provide requested services, respond to a lawful request, or protect legal rights. A future change to how personal information is used will be reflected in this notice.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information is retained for the period needed to handle the request and related business communication, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Recruitment information is retained for the relevant recruitment process and any required recordkeeping. You can contact us to ask about the records held for you or request their removal.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to your information, ask for corrections, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request deletion or restriction where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal recordkeeping obligations before acting on a request.

You may also raise a privacy concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

Website technology

The website does not use advertising trackers or a live chat widget. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' own privacy practices.
