HR checks VAs weekly, every two weeks, or through unannounced checks. Your role requirements and concerns guide the support around the VA.

We have standby VAs to help with absences or replacement needs. Contact the agency so we can review the situation and discuss suitable support. The arrangement depends on the role and availability.

VAs may use modern tools, including AI where appropriate for the task and your requirements. The person handling the work remains responsible for reviewing it.
